North Berwick Floral Art club

Please note – the meetings planned for April and May 2020 have been cancelled. Further information about the trip planned in June will follow as soon as possible.

Welcome to the Floral Art club. The club meets on the second Thursday evening of each month in the large hall at the Community Centre.  The evening is centred on the visit of a professional Floral Art Demonstrator who will arrive with a large variety of beautiful flowers and foliage.  He or she will use their skills to show us how to create some amazing arrangements, bringing their own unique ideas and insights into flower arranging.  We also enjoy entertaining stories and anecdotes during their presentations.  Raffle tickets are sold to the members/visitors at the beginning of the evening and at the end of the demonstrator’s presentation, the flower displays are won by the lucky ticket owners.

The club is very welcoming to new members and visitors.  A year’s membership cost £28, visitors pay £5 per evening.   “Friendship through flowers” is the underlying ethos of the club and the floral art movement.  The club is an affiliated to the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (NAFAS) and the Scottish Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (SAFAS).
